I get the following error to the example code, using the example data in the readme file:
Error in seurat_Heatmap(count, layer1_genelist, ssGSEA_result, "Layer1"): no slot of name "counts" for this object of class "Assay5"
Traceback:
1. scImmuCC_Layered(count = count, Non_Immune = FALSE)
2. seurat_Heatmap(count, layer1_genelist, ssGSEA_result, "Layer1")
