Please provide a man page that explains what parameters mhz takes and what it does.

No man page yet but at least "mhz -h" now shows the usage.

mhz is now available in Debian: https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/mhz

OK, nice, thanks for letting me know. That can help users on many SBCs since debian (or derivates) is often used there.
