Description:
We need to provide Windows server 2019 support via Testgrid. The requirement is to run wum automated tests against these infras.

Suggested infrastructure parameters:

For Windows server 2019:
Name: Windows-2019
OSVersion=2019
OS=Windows
OperatingSystem=Windows2019
