Typo found in WSO2 API Manager 3.0 documentations under "Publish to Multiple External Developer Portals" section #8881

Description:

Incorrect Developer portal URL (http://localhost:9464/devportal) of the second WSO2 API Manager instance in Step-7, it should be http://localhost:9444/devportal as port offset is already incremented by 1 for second instance in Step-2.
