Having about 1000 data points in the charts make the dashboard page unresponsive #873

Description:
When there is a chart with data points around 1000 data points hovering the mouse over it the dashboard becomes unresponsive and comes back to normal after some time.

Suggested Labels:
Needs Investigation, Priority/Normal

OS, DB, other environment details and versions:
Ubuntu 17.10, Browser: Chrome v65.0.3325.181
