Cannot re-arrange pages by drag-n-drop in the 'PAGES' panel in the dashboard designer

Description:
Pages in a particular dashboard should be able to arranged in a user preferred order but there's no option to do so.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a dashboard by providing a name and url.
2. Open dashboard in design view, go to available listed pages and create few pages

Here, there's no option to arrange pages according to designer preference.
