Shop and Ship Inventories not showing full contents

Shop inventories default to only showing max 6 items based on default window size. Scroll bar only scrolls down to 6. If I resize the window it will show up to 15 but still will not scroll further than that. The scroll bar seems to only scale to the default window capacity and not the contents of the window.

I currently have the following modules which may interact with the windows and sheets:
FFG Star Wars Space Opera UI

2k Monitor Resolution
Tested - occurs while running from Foundry App and Firefox 129.0.2 (x64)
