OT Menu Mobile not working

Hello,

first time doing this and very new to website creation and editing. I just have an issue with the OT Menu Mobile. As seen in pictures the menu works in the header builder but when used on the page editor responsive mode or the actual mobile it does not work. Meta Box Version 5.9.9.

I disabled all plugins except for elementor and Meta Box and still does not work. However, if Meta Box is just disabled the header emu design will disappear but OT Menu Mobile will work normally.

Browsers used are safari, edge and firefox all with same issue.

Any guidance or help will be appreciated.
