HTML being stripped

I have a repeatable field group. Some of my fields are either text or textarea or wysiwyg. All of the HTML is being stripped from these fields, but like striptags would do it. For example if I had "my book is titled My Book" it doesn't simply remove the HTML, bur rather the HTML and its contents.
