Difference of quota percentage left between website and plugin #956

Before submitting an issue please check that you’ve completed the following steps:

Made sure you’re on the latest version
Used the search feature to ensure that the bug hasn’t been reported before

Describe the bug
There is a small difference between the % left displayed on the website and on the plugin.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Check your quota on the plugin side,
Check your quota on the website,
There can be a difference between both

Expected behavior
Both quota should be the same

On the plugin side I'm getting:

While on the website:

Additional context
I've cleared transient, user cache etc, and still getting a difference.

Could be related to extra-quota consumed being accounted for in the app, but not in the plugin.
