Add new skill associated with a project styling

couldn't style the "Setup a Project" last item with the darker background color, because of padding around the cell, which comes between the cell contents, and the edge of the drop down. wasn't a trivial fix to route through the rest of the auto suggest styling, so went without. rocket image and all the other styling is good though.
