Hi there,
I noticed a little bug while wanting to use one barely used parameter in adjustRtime. The parameter is the following in red:
The default value is "loess" that makes pop advanced parameters specific to loess:
The problem is that when choosing "linear", the wrapper is still searching for the loess advanced parameters when it should not (linear does not need any advanced parameter), leading to the following error message:
cannot find 'PeakGroupsSmoothLoessAdv' while searching for 'methods.smooth_cond.PeakGroupsSmoothLoessAdv.span'
A fix is needed there to be able to use "linear".
