PolarEcgData and PolarAccelerometerData have a timestamp field named as timeStamp.
Its decription is "Last sample timestamp in nanoseconds."

And Polar data sheet notes a special rule for their timestamp: "Default epoch for timestamp is 1.1.2000"
It means that the date Jan. 1st of 2000 is the basis of their timestamp represenstation.
