(Sync) Cannot control anything after "Database is full."

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

The local db has a limited size.
If collecting data exceeds the size of the db (about 3~4 days without Polar H10),
the phone repeatedly (> 2Hz) raises error notifications with "Database is full." message.

When the errors occurred, I tried to turn off the collecting functions but the config activity cannot be shown at the time.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Collecting the data but not uploading them.
2. 3~4 days later, the app raises the error notifications.

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Raising "DB is full" error is ok, but the app has to provide some functions, e.g., turning off the collection, to be controlled by the users.
