Debug pipeline steps

Sometimes you want to debug a pipeline.
Therefore I recently discovered: https://github.com/ekzhang/sshx

A simple step like should allow you to debug:

steps:
  - name: debug
    image: alpine
    commands:
      - curl -sSf https://sshx.io/get | sh && sshx
      #      ^
      #      └ This will open a remote terminal session and print the URL. It
      #        should take under a second.

Its kinda a solution to that request.

Should we support this natively? Or just point users to this tool. Because #2290 is about a native solution I think

As its so easy to do this using a plugin / command like this, I would for now not implement it and link to such existing approaches. However we could leave #2290 open as it might be interesting to improve other aspects like the pipeline timeout, etc.
