Auto-collapse pipeline configs in UI #2557

Currently these are expanded by default, see e.g. https://ci.woodpecker-ci.org/repos/3780/pipeline/8634/config

This becomes an issue if one wants to see anything else but the first config as one

either needs to grep/scroll a long way
collapse all existing sections

I think it would be better if the configs would be collapsed by default.
