Plugin did not create release when merging release PR

[Andre601]

I merged the Release PR but the plugin did not proceed to create the actual release within the repository.

Not sure if I'm missing something or if this is an oversight on your end.

Not gonna lie, this is a rather bad detection method here, because pretty much every default merge message is in the "Merge pull request '...'" pattern.

Tho, I stoped using this plugin already as it isn't as useful for me as I initially hoped it would be.
