Describe the Bug

The merchant in 5933348-zen let us know:

"This month when she tried to run the first full month's worth of subscriptions, the orders were created successfully but PayFast only processed 12 out of around 50 orders. They say that by the client cancelling 2 of the customers during the course of January that it affected all the other orders. Is this possible?"

The symptom that we see now is that the orders have a note, but nothing happens. Likewise, the logs are there, they just don't provide any information.

To Reproduce

Unsure, but it sounds like perhaps cancelling subscriptions for 2 of the customers might have been behind it

Expected Behavior

At least some info in the logs or order notes to help make sense of why things aren't progressing.

Actual Behavior

Renewal payment is just stalled.
