Describe the bug:

Error during onboarding: ReferenceError: setImmediate is not defined

Steps to reproduce:

  1. With WordPress 6.3-RC3 installed
  2. Go through onboarding to 2. Configure product listings
  3. Check My shipping settings are complex. I will enter my shipping rates and times manually in Google Merchant Center.
  4. See error
