Drawing / using any tools / does not appear on the main board, only on the timeline board

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
Any use of tools on the main screen board for any show board doesn't appear - it WILL appear on the timeline board after drawing.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open any new board
2. Shot 1a or any board
3. select any tool and a dark color
4. scribble, draw, whathaveyou.
5. Does not appear on the board in the main screen, only after a short delay on the timeline board.

Expected behavior
Shouldn't it allow me to draw on the board??

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• Win 10 pro, Ver 22H2, OS build 19045.5011
• Intel i7-12700k 3.61 ghz, 64 gb ram, 64 bit op, x64 based proc, pen support (but only using a mouse), 3070ti
  Additional context
  I assume this is some sort of operator errror? Couldn't find any online reference to the issue.
