When the option is disabled, the skip dropdown and other animations of the notification window are still present.

I am happy that this option exists. Please let it fit its purpose!

(I just accidentally hit something flashing by, beneath my mouse cursor. - Now all notifications are gone and I don't know what I just did!? - I hate animations!)

Edit: There are also lots of other animations as I am realising step by step while searching for my last set firewall rules.

I really like to know what I've done due to one of these animations. Did I block all, did I allow all?
Is there a way to find out?

Edit: Luckily I found the fitting Windows events. So I am relieved for now. - I really applied two new rules within the same second. One was blocking and the other one was allowing!? How is this even possible?
I really do not want any more of these accidents driven by animations which do not add any functionality!
