Suggested by this issue in Fedora bug tracker:

The discussion there includes an example file produced by Rigaku Miniflex II X-ray diffractometer.

Rigaku raw file from Miniflex2 XRD.

Sadly, Rigaku developers refused to share format specification, saying:

The MiniFlex *.raw is Rigaku proprietary binary file format
