Pull Request Description

Changes Made:

Parallel Initialization: Matrices A, B, and C initialization is now parallelized for faster setup.
Blocked Matrix Multiplication: Implemented a blocked algorithm with OpenMP directives for dynamic scheduling and vectorization, enhancing cache usage and execution speed.

Fixes #13

PS: My first pull request, please correct me if I did something wrong.


          current time required for 1000*1000 matrix = 0.20
