geoBoundary check preview failed #6

On a recent PR, it looks like the boundary preview image that should be generated by the geoBoundaryBot fails to show and says "File not found":

wmgeolab/geoBoundaries#1989 (comment)

Not sure if this is a general problem, or just a problem with the particular boundaries submitted in the PR.
