Make tests for JavaScript functions.

For strfdate, the best would be to port Django Python tests for it to JavaScript. And also to compare everything with values returned from Python.

For slugify2, make sure it matches its Python counterpart.

For naturaltime date method, make sure it matches Python version.

And similar to all other JavaScript code which try to match Python behavior.
