[Feature] add [Create Rectangle] launcher to left launching bar #1122

Hello,
     Currently,a lot of  Edit--> Create Rectangle or Ctrl+R repetitions are needed,so if 'Create Rectangle'  or other 'Create xxx' can be added to launching bar like 'Create Polygons',half of repetition can be saved.
