Instead of relying on WitnetPriceRouter + WitnetPriceFeed, as to:

Reduce drastically number of Web3 calls (one single web3 call per chain for updating prices)
Enable new UI/UX features
Avoid having to deploy/mantain WitnetPriceRouter and bypassed (old) WitnetPriceFeed instances
