Describe the bug

After installing a modpack, I cannot install a modpack again. The panel returns: "Mod pack manager install is already in progress!"

Expected Behavior

Don't show that error and install a new modpack.

Actual Behavior

It stays on the status: Mod pack manager install is already in progress!

I have to wisp restart daily which causes other issues like backups that get stuck...

Steps to Reproduce

Use the modpack manager twice

I have to wisp restart to fix the issue.

Pretty sure you should be able to simply toggle the server status through the admin view rather than restarting the whole daemon

There's not toggle for this. Or it doesn't work. I still have to restart the whole daemon.

I've implemented a 10-minute timeout that'll reset the status in case the modpack installation for some reason hangs and fails to release the lock. Would still need to gather more information and implement a proper solution for why it'd fail without being caught.

Daemon debug logs from the installations would be useful.
