wishful_agent module missing?

Hello,
In many examples, I see the module wishful_agent imported but I cannot find it anywhere in this repo.
I found it implemented here:
https://gitlab.tkn.tu-berlin.de/wishful/wishful_agent
Should this not be copied on Github as well other than the private GIT of TU Berlin?
