Pi WiFi Tethering

This is still in development.

The concept is that while at home, the raspberry PI and the Android device can be on the same network, and you can run closed loop. When you are away from the home network,the android device can connect to a wifi hotspot created by the Pi and you can control the pod in an open loop.

This allows the use of a tablet to run the apk instead of a phone.
