Still getting this pop up

I was testing laetst vession zip works a lot better but still getting popup see scressn shot
Iam running xp pro sp3 32 bit already seent pc info some where in this site

Long shot, but could it be related to DPI scaling maybe? As I've tested in two different XP installations and didn't get such error...

Not sure that sounds like some kind of graphic problem
Have tested it on two computers with same exact OS Does the same thing, another thing that is strange is while I have the zip folder on the desk top when I go to use the older version I start getting the same error on the old version and I never get that I have the old version in My documents with a short cut on the desk top and I tested the new version on the desk top by clicking the short cut in side the folder
