Unwrapping after Tinfoil is closed

As a user, I would like my folders to be unwrapped when closing the tinfoil NSP.

This could be a toggle-able option, for users that may wish to launch tinfoil several times in a row without having to re-wrap.

This would be a great enhancement to add.

This would probably need an additional sysmodule (with sysmodule the overlay isnt really needed anymore tho) that checks if tinfoils titeid is currently a running process. I dont think you can stop a titles execution till the sysmodule is done operating thus creating a race condition. Tinfoil could also change its titleid with any update. Having this feature would be nice but in the end it would require more and probably never ending support.
