Only servers with required metadata files (.installation/installer-channels.yaml, .installation/manifest.yaml, .galleon/provisioning.xml) can be managed by the installation manager.

Using installation manager on servers without those files leads to an exception. It should be possible to verify that a server can be managed before creating instance of InstallationManager
