When the on_community_change.yml action is run, the py script outputs a list of WPIDs in the txt file, but not in the new database, e.g.,

So, we could trigger these runs and use the outputs to check the lists.

5/6/2024: Reviewed latest run and removed WP615 from CPTAC community
