@egonw : some of my students added RHEA IDs to the MIM-catalysis interaction, which I think we want to avoid. I would propose writing a test to check if a Rhea ID has been added to a MIM-conversion or arrow, and if not, flag it for checking. Maybe this test should go in the expert-test set?

Do we have an image (or GPML file) somewhere of the specific model of the good pattern and perhaps one of the bad pattern?
