Requested by Kingsmasher678 at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia_talk:XFDcloser#Close_log

  • add preference to turn it on/off. off by default
  • when preference is on, write to a standardized user subpage such as [[User:X/XFDcloser log]] using API append. append a bullet to the page
  • bonus: detect if the last entry was not this month. if not this month, include a == Month Year == heading
