  • Preset: add "Noticeboard LTA (semi)" right below "User talk of blocked user (semi)"
  • Selecting that auto selects the following settings:
    • Protection template: {{pp-sock}}
    • Iconify = yes
    • Wrap protection with noinclude = no
    • Protection type = autoconfirmed
    • Duration = 2 hours

I'm open to adjusting the details. This is basically to make it easier to deal with the LTA MidAtlanticBaby.
