d-batch: warn when deleting a page that has been undeleted before #2013

Inspired by https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Liz#You_are_wheel_warring

Twinkle batch delete should warn if the page it is deleting was previously undeleted by a different admin, to prevent unintentional wheel warring.

(And yes, I know the cliche that people are responsible for all of their actions even if they use scripts to help them)
