I'm missing a lot of replies from users who reply to the AfC user page notices, which probably makes them feel a bit ignored and often leads them to adding new topics to the help desk. As I review so many drafts it isn't particularly helpful to watch all the userpages.
A suggestion on the AfC Talk Page was replicate the wording from the NPP notices, so something at the end of the notice like:
_To reply, leave a comment here and begin it with {{Re|$USER}}. Please remember to sign your reply with ~~~~_
Hopefully this would be a fairly minor but valuable change, and would make a better experience for new editors.

Linked thread on the AfC Talk Page.
