I flashed with UVMOD and Enabled TX Everyhwere except Airband and Custom Frequency Range (Simple Mode- 18-1300Mhz) but if I try to transmit above 600 Mhz, it reverts to 600Mhz. Is there something else that needs to be done to make this work?

600-850 will not work as thats a hardware limitation and nothing can be done...
