Whitecat Create Agent crush on board conenect

Whitecat Create Agent crust on board connect (ESP-WROOM-32 flashed to latest Lua RTOS) or (when restarted) when clicked on "Connct to board" in IDE.

Crushed without any error messages in Windows event log or on screen,

OS - Windows Server 2016 with all current updates.

There is no any messages - icon from notification area just hide...
Already checked on Windwos 10 x64 with all updates - same problem...

Also, i'm unable to start app from cli with logging to console or file option.

Please try reinstall agent again, downloading the installer again.

Same problems. Can you provide just .exe without installer?

I'm trying to test it in a clean Windows Server 2016 setup, but I can't install google chrome ...

For now try the following:

• Download the installer program again from http://downloads.whitecatboard.org/agent/createagent-windows.exe

• Run the installer, this will be uninstall previous version, and install the new one that have changes for Windows to allow to execute the agent from the command line

• Try again with the agent running in the sys tray

• If it not works, stop the agent (right click on the icon, and select the Quit option), and close google chrome

• Open a command line window, and type

wccagent.exe -lc

• This start the agent in log mode

• Log in https://ide.whitecatboard.org, and connect a board. If something fails, please, send us the wccagent.exe log.

Please, can you try with last version of the Agent (just updated now). Follow the following instructions to update:

In my case, the solution was to change the USB port.

What do you mean with "change the USB port"?

In my laptop 3 USB ports: 2.0 x 2; 3.0 x 1. At one of the 2.0 USB ports, my ESP32 did not work. I physically connected the device to other ports. Now all is well
