No 'I don't have a HOTAS', can't use throttle anymore #89

Since the new release the 'I don't have a HOTAS' config has been removed, but now I am not able to raise the throttle because it glitches back. Since I don't have a HOTAS, any way to circumvent this, or do I go back to the old patch?
