Support for AWS Babelfish

Hi, I would like to use 7777 to access the Babelfish endpoint of an RDS database.

With Babelfish a single database endpoint has different ports depending on the engine, Aurora PostgreSQL port = 5432 and Babelfish TDS port = 1433 - I can use 7777 to connect to the Postgres port just fine.
