Support for tags

Right now, 7777 only shows database ID. It would be helpful if it also showed a pre-selected list of tags--at the very least, name.

We have several RDS instances, but all are provisioned by CDK with semi-random names, so it can be hard to figure out which is which using the 7777 interface.

Just to clarify, you mean showing tags in the CLI when 7777 lists all the databases (so that the user can select one), correct?
