Disable navbar collapse on mobile devices

I nice feature would be to disable the auto collapse of the navbar. It has much to do with bootstrap css, so I don't know how hard it is to make such an option.

Like:
[general_settings]
[[domoboard]]
disable_navbar_collapse = True
