I set up a new version of HA (2023.1) on a Pi4 and used the 'restore full backup'-feature from another machine (also 2023.1) to save time
As far as I can tell, everything but RCT worked fine. With RCT the version (probably) was loaded by HACS or whoever does that (directory exists with the files expected) and it is shown by HACS in its list of integrations.
HA shows the integration but says 'not loaded'. My assumption is, that at some point somewhere one line is missing
Debug log
Errorlog shows this:
If I check the rct_power-directory I see a difference.
Old System:
New System:
Seems like two Files are missing/have not been written

The error message indicates that the rctclient library on which this integration depends doesn't export one of the expected symbols. Can you check the core logs of the first restart after restoring the backup for entries that mention rctclient? Maybe it failed to download it correctly.
