Well Digital is a startup team creating new world-class digital products and services. We have a big ambition: to bring pharmacy into the digital age.

Since we started Well Digital just over a year ago, we’ve launched the UK’s first Viagra subscription service and built a new digital NHS prescription delivery service.

Our customers already love our products: metrics are strong, and most of our initial growth has been through word of mouth.

We’re looking for an experienced content designer to build simple, clear digital services that help people get their medicines.

You'll work as part of a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers and product people. As a team, you’ll be trusted to build the right things in the right way to drive customer growth and satisfaction.

What you’ll do

• lead on content design in our team
• create content that makes it easy for our customers to get what they need
• define and apply a consistent way of writing and speaking across the business
• monitor and improve content based on user feedback, research and data
• work with our pharmacists to make sure content is clinically safe
• ensure all content assets are user-focused, accurate, optimised appropriately (e.g. for search), and meet and help shape relevant design, style and brand guidelines
• build processes for reviewing, testing, publishing and improving content
• promote, train and coach to put great content at the heart of our design process

You should apply if

• you like turning complex concepts into simple, clear content
• you have a proven track record creating content for user interfaces on web and mobile digital products
• you work collaboratively in fast-paced agile teams
• you write well for different audience groups, purposes, styles and formats
• you have experience scoping, commissioning and editing content
• you enjoy designing and developing workable content prototypes
• you build strong relationships and love to collaborate
