3d pre-train model request

Hello,
I found your model is very useful for our starmap data ！ thanks for developing method!
However,I am currently experiencing an issue with accessing the smfish_3d and synth_3d models using the Spotiflow.from_pretrained method. When I attempt to load these models,could your provide the download url for your pretrained 3d model? It would be very useful for me to try your method!

Hi Chen,
Happy it works well :) The 3D models should be downloadable in the latest versions of the software. Could you try to update in case you don't have the latest version (pip install -U spotiflow) and try again?
If after updating you still get the error, could you paste it here to try to figure out what's going on?
