Just ran into this issue:

WARNING:apscheduler.scheduler:Execution of job "update_latest (trigger: interval[0:01:00], next run at: 2017-05-15 08:31:30 UTC)" skipped: maximum number of running instances reached (1)

For some reason this completely breaks the exporter in that new data isn't scraped.
