Native GUI Application tutorial issues

Hey, is this one finished? Just noting down some issues to fix whenever we have time. I haven't went through it as a newbie yet, so can't review the actual contents :D

• Spurious save_as: develop/tutorials/native-gui-app.html in header
• Missing reference to https://github.com/webosbrew/template-native-gui-app (I assume it's the finished working project?)
